Club training is not designed to individually prepare every athlete for the physical and technical demand ahead. Too many players arrive at trial games underprepared, fatigue early or lose confidence when the intensity rises.

DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BE AN ELITE OR REPRESENTATIVE PLAYER?
Your child does not need to be elite or representative player to sign up for this program. This program is for athletes who are serious about their development and wants to improve. Whether you play Division 1 or Division 3.
Can I cancel my registration or payment plan?
Due to the popularity of our Preseason Program and limited availability, your athlete’s place is secured upon registration. Registrations are therefore non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for change of mind, scheduling conflicts or missed sessions - Alternatively you can sell your membership if the preseason has not started yet.
The 20-week payment plan is the full program fee divided into weekly instalments—not a pay-per-session membership. If an athlete withdraws, the remaining balance is still payable.
Cancellations will only be considered for a medically certified injury and require supporting documentation and a signed exit form. All requests are subject to approval
Can we pay weekly?
If you can not pay the upfront cost, you miss out on the 10% discount. Weekly payment options is available to pay off the full membership price. When you sign up, you are committing to the full preseason. It's a commitment and if you can not commit, please do not sign up because you will lock yourself into this contract.
What happens over the Christmas break?
Athletes will be on a 4 week break. During this break, athletes should maintain their fitness and speed. The online skool community will have workouts to keep athletes fit during the Christmas break.
What if we can't attend every training day?
If you can not attend your training days, you must let the coaches know a week or two prior. They could tell you to attend another day to make up for it.
What should my child bring?
Your child must be in full Iron up sports Uniform provided. Fail to wear full uniform will result in athletes getting penalties eg. Burpees. Must bring water bottle to replace water loss and maintain hydration. A good attitude.
