After visiting numerous clubs across Australia and working with over 10,000 athletes, I've realised that the majority of athletes are far behind in their development because young athletes are exposed to fancy drills that serve no real purpose, aggressive coaching that destroys confidence, and development that has reached a standstill that stagnates growth and makes practise boring for them.
A great developmental system that monitors whether junior athletes are improving or not is what they need. Only effective drills, excellent coaching, and a positive environment where athletes are dedicated to improving their performance can achieve this.
Establishing a culture of excellence, demonstrating to them the highest standards, and refusing to accept mediocrity. We provide our athletes with honest feedback without destroying confidence, so they may value the openness and grow from their mistakes.
We think that a player's competitive advantage will come from their attitude, abilities, and athleticism.
